Working with a laptop for extended periods leads to haunching, neck and shoulder pain. Using a laptop stand helps to raise the laptop to align with your natural line of sight and creates space for a full size keyboard to be used which is also better ergonomically. A monitor arm lets you add additional screens while maximising desk space.
